Refund and download policy
How the single download and technical-failure review work.
One payment, one download
Each completed €5 PayPal payment creates a single-use download entitlement for the selected master. The entitlement is consumed when the full WAV download starts.
Technical incidents
No payment is requested when mastering fails before checkout. If payment is completed but the download is not made available, contact support promptly with the PayPal order reference so the server record can be checked.
Refund review
Verified duplicate charges, payment without delivery, and other rights required by applicable law are reviewed individually. A preference change after successful delivery does not automatically create a refund because the customer could compare the selected model before paying.
